Ashley helps families navigate treatment and payment options while keeping the Meinhardt office running smoothly. Her most favorite moments are spent at home with her husband, Tyler, and their three boys Jordan, Connor, and Isaac. You can also find her mat side watching her boys wrestle.

Laurie loves helping patients and families navigate insurance while keeping the office running smoothly. At home, she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, three grandsons, and grand fur babies that include eight cats and two dogs.

Shawna loves getting to know patients and watching their smiles transform. She provides chairside assistance, patient care, lab work, and helps with scheduling and social media contests. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband, Dan, their three boys, their dog, camping, baking, and attending her boys’ sports and church activities.

Sam loves helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and excited about their smiles. She manages new patient exams, including digital scans, x-rays, and photos. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on her daughter at dance competitions, watching dirt track racing in Plymouth, crafting, and all things Halloween.

Katarina loves meeting new families and making their orthodontic experience fun and exciting, especially working with younger children preparing for future treatment. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her husband, Brady, her two cats, Charlie and Lucy, as well as camping, thrifting, reading, baking, enjoying a yummy coffee, and staying active.

Debbie loves welcoming patients and watching their smiles transform. She manages scheduling, payments, and new patient exams. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband, kids, family dog, friends, baking, sports, walks, and backyard bonfires.

Heidi enjoys welcoming patients and building connections with families. She manages scheduling, payments, and new patient exams while celebrating smiles at every stage. Outside the office, she loves lake days with her husband, Todd, and two daughters, Sydney and Kyleigh, kayaking, and her dog Willow.

Molly loves welcoming patients and watching their smiles transform. She assists with new patient exams, payments, and scheduling. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jack and her dog Tilly, traveling, cooking, and being outdoors.

Eliza enjoys connecting with patients and watching their smiles transform. She works chairside, assists with patient care, manages records, and serves as OSHA coordinator. Outside the office, she loves family time, her dog Roxi, movies, workouts, and coaching gymnastics.

Jen loves making patients laugh and forming friendships while providing chairside assistance and managing supplies. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her husband, Todd, her children, Crosby and Hazel, bowling in the winter, and floating in the pool during the summer. Favorite animal: Squirrels.

Amanda has 19 years of dental experience and loves helping patients through every step of their smile transformations, especially the more complex cases. She is caring, calm, and enjoys making appointments fun and comfortable. Outside the office, she loves spending time with her kids up north, gardening, fishing, and playing with her dog, Prim.

Sarah loves helping patients gain confidence in their smiles. She provides chairside assistance for adjustments, bondings, scans, and impressions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, going up north, and being with friends and family.

Jessi has loved working in the dental field and enjoys connecting with patients and seeing their smiles progress. She creates retainers and 3D models in the lab, along with assisting the doctors. Outside the office, she enjoys time with family and friends, traveling, playing tennis/pickleball, and board games.

Tammy loves interacting with patients and helping create beautiful smiles. She assists the doctor with procedures and provides patient care and education. Outside the office, she enjoys time with her two kids, working out, and staying active.

Sydney loves orthodontics and helping patients gain confidence with their new smiles and communicating with patients to make them more comfortable chairside. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outside and time with her family and her daughter Mabel.

Kristin has loved orthodontics since being a patient herself. She enjoys helping patients transform their smiles and gain confidence. Outside the office, she spends time with her significant other, her kids, and dog. She enjoys farmers' markets, motorcycle rides, live music, and kayaking.

Alyssa enjoys working with patients and families in their journey to a beautiful smile. Outside the office, she spends her time with her husband and their four energetic children. When they are not enjoying various sporting events, they are spending time in the great outdoors.

Gracie loves being part of a fun, welcoming team. She keeps instruments sterilized, helps the office stay on track, and keeps everyone smiling and laughing. Outside work, she enjoys running, family time, friends, and eating as much ice cream as possible!

Cherith loves helping patients gain confidence through their smile transformations and educating them on proper oral hygiene. She also runs all the social media for the office. Outside work, she enjoys time with her husband, Ben, staying active, and playing sports like beach volleyball, soccer, golf, and tennis.
